exporting registry

I have a key in the registry that will not export. It is:
Hkey_Local_Machine_Software_Microsoft_WindowsNT_Current Version_FONTS. When
I select that key on the left side of the screen, I get a message "Cannot
display Gall: Error reading the value's contents." If I say "OK" on the
message, all the fonts apprear on the right side. I looked on the right side
for a font "Gall" and found and deleted the Italic and Normal font of
Gallery. Even after deleting the keys on the right for that font, when I get
out and go back into that registry folder of Fonts--I get the same message.
How do I fully delete this font so I can back up my registry? I have windows
XP sp2 and really do not know why I even have fonts in a registry key for
windows NT. any suggestions would be welcome..thank you.

If you're trying to backup the registry exporting is not the way to do
it. You'll need a 3rd party tool such as ERUNT:
