Exporting Outlook Rules to a Text File?

Thanks in advance to anyone that can lend any insight....

My objective is to take existing rules from an Outlook XP
email account and somehow get them into a text file so
they can be reviewed.

It's very clear that I can go to Tools... Rules Wizard...
Options.. Export Rules. However, it looks as if the
only "file type" I can use is the standard "rwz" file. I
was hoping I could find .txt or .xls, or some sort
of "printed" copy that I can work with.

Can anyone lend any insight?

Outlook provides no way to do that.
