Export rules to clean them up?

Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to export the rules into some format where I
can clean them up and put them back? Some of the sender names are repeated,
some could be consolidated, other rules might be outdated, etc. If I could
look at them in Excel, or Word or something I could get them down to a
number below where I am NOT told "There isn't enough room on the Exchange
server to store your rules" (or similar message) and it disables some of the
rules in random order.

I can export them to a .rwz file, but can't find something that will open it
in table format or delimited or something useful.

Thsnks,
Mich

I don't think there's any format other than RWZ to export to

How about VB code to read and report it, so that I know which ones I need to
change through the rules wizard? I haven't written VB for Outlook, only for
Access.

Thanks,
Mich
