exporting outlook express messages to Vista outlook

Can import my email messages to windows mail? If so, how do I do it?
Please provide specific instructions as to how I can do it. I want to give
my old computer away, but am unwillingly to do so until I can get my xp
outlook express email messages moved to my new vista computer.

Actually, you can but you might want to ask this question in an Outlook
Express or Outlook newsgroup. This newsgroup is for helping those with the
Microsoft Access database product.
