Exporting outlook contact databaase

My question relates to exporting my outlook 2000 SP-3
"contact database" via network in our office to another
terminal. I want my assistant to update contact
information and export back to me a more complete
contact list. How do I do this? What information
do you need from me concerning our network etc...?

You can use the File | Import and Export command for this.
