Exporting Outlook Calendar

I want to export a complete Outlook calendar to a file that others could then
import into their particular calendar program. It looks like iCalendar or
vCalendar files are the form, but they seem to only deal with individual
events on the calendar, not all of them. Is there a way to capture all the
events into a single file?
