Exporting Outlook 98 Contacts for use with Outlook 2003

One of our user's just got a new computer and
after importing his .pst file from his old pc,
his contacts are not there.

I thought that they would be a part of the .pst.

I will keep searching the knowledge base, but this
is kind of urgent and any help would be appreciated
on how to export his contacts and import onto the new
pc.

Contacts are in the PST.
User either imported the wrong PST or did so incorrectly.
Import is not a wise choice for transferring data. Just open the PST.
