Exporting Outlook 2003 Accounts

I currently have multiple POP3 accounts managed in Outlook 2003 and each
time I reformat I have to spend time entering in information for each
account. Is there anyway that I can export all of this information (i.e.
username, password, server, secondary information as reply address, etc)
into a text file so I can import it after each reformat?

Also how can I backup stored email addresses that Outlook 2003 "remembers"
once you use it? For example if I send an email to (e-mail address removed),
then everytime I start to type "joh" Outlook remembers the address and fills
it in for me. Is there anyway to access the list of remembered addresses in
Outlook 2003 so I can save those as well during each format??

Outlook 2003 cannot export accounts information. As for the nk2 file, it is
a dynamic file created from your typing in the names. I tend to doubt that
copying it would help with the name resolution issues.
