exporting only 1 category in contacts

How do you export only one category in contacts? It was
easily apparent in 2002. I don't see how to do it in 2003
Office .

What do you mean by "export one category in contacts"?
What were you doing in Outlook 2002 that you can't do in Outlook 2003?
