exporting my entire contacts folder from one account to another

I am trying to export my business contacts in Outlook on my work computer to
my personal E-mail/Outlook. Is it possible?
 
Try using the File menu > Import & Export command to export your contacts to
a PST file for a one-time move to your home machine.
