Exporting Messages OE6 - MAPI Error

Hi,

I'm trying to export messages from OE6 and am getting the following error
message:

"The Export could not be performed. An error occurred while initializing
MAPI. "

I searched for a solution online and found a document instructing me to
change the default email program from OE to something else. I followed the
directions to the letter, but no luck. The same exact error appears when I
try to export. The person I'm trying to do this for has several different
identities in OE and the problem happens in each one. Any ideas?

Please ignore. I realized right after I posted this I ended up in the wrong
forum. I apolgize for the inconvenience. Is it possible for someone to delete
