Hi,
I am transferring email from one PC to another. The inbox
file was too big to zip and put on 250MB zip drive, so I
created several folders under INBOX on old PC, put the
mail in those folders and transferred to new PC. For
example: Jan-Mar04, Apr-Jun04, etc. Outlook on new PC
would not import mail so I used Outlook Express. When I
imported messages, OE only imported one of the folders
(for example, Jan-Mar04) and did nothing with the other
folders.

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Hi KP,

why cant ur new Computer import Mails?
If you use Outlook you could do so!

When I point Outlook to folder containing mail files, it
says can't open file. That's why I used OE first and
Outlook second. Only problem is OE will not import all the
folders.

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,

Use Outlook Express to export your folders, either all
collectively or individually. An import to OE from
OExpress from within OE will most of the time create
duplicates.

Cheers!
