Exporting mail from Outlook 2003 to 2007

How do I export all my mail and inbox folders from Outlook 2003 to my new
computer which has Outlook 2007? I have tried to use the import/export
feature but the attachments do not come over, nor the date of the message. I
also have several subfolders in my inbox. Is there any way to bring those
over as well and keep the emails in those folders?? Please help

Copy the data file (*.pst(s)) from old system, with OL closed, to the new,
locate it in the Documents folder.
On new system, within OL, File>Open>Data File .........browse to the copied
data file.
If neccessary make this data file the default & close the other data file
