exporting into Word or Excel

I have five queries that I want to turn into reports and export into Word or
Excel. Is there a way to automate this function that a command button and
have the report automatically open in Word or Excel?

You could create a custom menu to your application and add the "office links"
to it, then the user can select any report or datasheet to export to either
excel or word
