exporting/importing

Like so many of you, I am new to this application. I have been using Mozilla
Thunderbird and I would like to transfer all of my e-mail files. Can one or
more of you suggest the best way(s) to do this? I have already imported my
address book.

You may be able to import the WinMail data into Tbird but you cannot export
it to Tbird.
