Exporting from Access 97 to Word 2002

This should be an easy one. I have a report in Access 97
and when printed or previewed on the screen it is 2 pages.

However, when exported to Word in RTF format the page
breaks are different and it's now 4 pages. It looks like
it's adding spaces.

Hi Debbie,

The standard export-to-RTF routine is notorious for this sort of
problem. Avoid exporting to Word if you can (e.g. print to PDF), or go
to www.lebans.com for an alternative approach.
