Exporting Excel document into Acrobat

Hi !
I have an Excel document that I need to send to my client as a
attachment via email, but once the file is in his possesion I do no
want him to be able to change anything in the spreadsheet himself.
was wondering if there is a way to import/export my document int
Acrobat Reader and then send it to my client this way.
Any suggestions? Thank you!!

for converting Excel documents into PDF you either need to buy Adobe
acrobat (that's not the Reader but the whole package) or
achieve/download a free available PDF converter (search Google for
that)
