Printing Excel Documents from Head to Toe

Does anyone know if it's possible to setup an Excel document in Excel
so it prints (or is laid out) from Head to Toe? I have these massive
documents I need to put into books and organize this way. I have
tried finding this functionality in Acrobat, unsuccessfully, so I
thought there might be a way to set this up with the source document
(Excel).

Any help most appreciated!

Duplex Open at top. If that doesn't work printing your spreadsheet
directly to the printer, then try creating PDF file, then Print the PDF
file "Duplex, Open at top".
