Exporting Email to Word

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a way to export email into
individual word files. I am very new to VBA and would appreciate any help.

Use the MailItem.SaveAs method to save any message as a file. The formats available depend on the format of the message. All but .msg can be opened in Word.
