Exporting email addressess

I want to save or export my email addresses at work to my laptop that I take
home and use for work. It's under global list, but I can't find it anywhere
to export it. How do I do this? I know how to go to export in file, but
this doesn't work for this global list that is in my outlook at work.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, pcgr1 asked:
