Yes you can.
1. With BCM open, click on File the Import and Export then click on Outlook
2. In the "Choose an action to perform" window click on Import from another
program or file then click next.
3. In the "Select file type to import from" window click on Microsoft
Access.
4. Click on the Browse button and go to the location where the file and
click on it and click open.
5. Click a destination folder (Contacts) and click next.
6. Click Finish
