exporting .csv data to Outlook

I'm looking to eliminate manual entry of data received in Excel 2002 to
Replies generated in Outlook 2002.

I get website sales leads from our headquarters in .csv format. When I open
these, they are displayed in Excel. Customer Name, Date, etc. are always in
the same cell location.

What I do now is copy and paste individual cell contents into the body of a
new e-mail, then write the body of the e-mail. The body includes a
boilerplate, "Thank you for contacting ..." and my signature, plus verbiage
specific to the inquiry.

How much of this process can I automate, and how do I do it?

You can do a mailmerge in MS Word, using the Excel file as the datasource.
MS Word has the ability to print these or output to an email message. If
outlook is your default client, it will automatically be sent this way
