Exporting Contact Information

Is it possible to take contact information in a data file in Word that is set
up to be utilized in mail merges and import it into Outlook Contacts?
 
Maybe. It depends on what the data file consists of. If it's a Word table,
try converting the table to text with commas or tab s as the delimiter, then
save as a text file.
