exporting a report using rtf file format

I am trying to export a report from access by using the
rtf file format and it works fine. However when I put a
picture in the report it shows up in access but when you
go to open the rtf file "which word opens up" the picture
is not there? It is a company logo in jpg format. Any
suggestions?

My understanding is that .rtf does not support graphics of any sort and that
any graphics that are in the Access report are not passed forward into the
..rtf export.

If you need the graphics, you might want to consider sending people a
snapshot file (.snp). It needs a snapshot viewer (free download from
Microsoft) but gives an accurate rendition of anything on the page --
including graphics. One thing I like about snapshots is that the viewer
cannot change them.
