Export txt file

Hi,

I have a table in access and I am exporting it to a csv file. One column
has numbers with 4 decimal places. so like 0.0070
The problem is that when I export to txt file the number format changes to
scientific notation.

Even when I go into Design--> number format = general, decimal places = 4

It still changes to scientific. I am using Office 2003

That happens to me when I forget to widen the column, is that your problem
also? OR have you already done that?

Please explain how you are doing the export. I just tried File|Export| and
choose .txt and all came out fine. Oh, and the field, how is it formatted?
Mine is Number-Double-Fixed to 4 places. Or are you exporting to .txt from
Excel?
