Data truncates when exporting to .txt file

Hello:

I am trying to export a crosstab query into a text file. The query
contains numerical data that is used for scientific analysis, whic
means that the entire value must be exported down to the last decimal
place.

As I go through the Export Wizard, all of the numbers appear to be
fine, but when I save the information to a .txt file, any number that
begins with 0.01 is truncated to the first three digits. Also, in some
places, the number is actually converted into scientific notation.

Can anyone help me with this? If so, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

You did not say which version of Access you are using so I don't know if the
following KB article addresses your issue, however, I thought I would pass
it along. By the way, Access 2003 has the same Save Formatted checkbox
option available when exporting to text files.
