Export to TXT - Export Specification & Headers

I find that the export specification I have defined does not remember that I
checked and saved "Remember Field Names on First Row". Therefore it is
useless to call this export from a Macro because it is missing the necessary
row headers.

Is there any solution?

Yes. The specification doesn't remember that. Instead, there is an argument
in the TransferText command that you set to True or False (Yes or No) for
whether there are headers in the first row.
