Export specification not use?

Hello,

I created an export specification for exporting a query to txt file. In this
specification I use "." as Decimal Symbol, ";" as Fiels Delimiter and no Text
Qualifer.
Though the decimal symbol is a ".", in the txt file there is still a "," as
decimal symbol. I can't figure out what causes this. Anyone any idea?

Is the "number" with the comma instead of period as decimal symbol actually
a numeric value, or is it a text value?
