Export separate snapshots

I have a table with the managers names and email addresses. I would like to
send an email to each manager of their respective reports. I would like a
separate snapshot for each manager of their accounts.

I have one report based off of a query and five managers.

Table name: Mgrtbl
Report name: Inventoryrpt

Is there a code that I can use to tell Access to export the snapshot for the
various managers to my local drive?

PS - I'm not good with code, but can copy and paste :)
