export problems

Am trying to export Contacts from Outloook 2003 to Excel (or a csv file).
When I use "Import and Export" and say "export to a file" then choose MS
Excel in the Wizard it tells me that the feature is not currently installed
and asks me if I want to install it. When I say "yes" it starts the
installer then says "the feauture is not available."

Can anyone tell me why this is happening? Am I going to have to reinstall
MS Outlook?

You need to install the optional translator. Put in your Office CD and install it. Should be under Office Tools.
