In Outlook2007 (and probably earlier versions as well), display your
contact list, go to the File menu, choose Import And Export, choose
Export To A File, click Next, choose Microsoft Excel, click Next,
choose Contacts, and then enter the name of a new Excel file. Finally,
click Finish.
