Export Outlook Contacts to MS Mail

I recently went to VISTA. Had XP and Outlook Contact list. Need to locate a
program to read the .DAT file and be able to import to MS Mail

MSMail as in the old workgroup program or Vista's Mail (OE's replacement)?
