Export only works for .pst, how can i get csv working?

I am trying to export my calendar to csv (to import in gcal), but when i open
the import/export wizard, select export to a file and choose any of the
options, the next page (Select folder to export from) is blank, Except when i
choose export to pst. is there anyway to fix this? i have searched ms kb and
around the web with google and cant find any mention of this problem.
repair/reinstall did not change this at all. any help would be greatly
appreciated!

Try a reboot and then try it again. I had it happen one time and rebooting
allowed the choices to appear.

this has been a problem for a while, just got tabled when other stuff came
up. i will try again and reply with my results!
