export&merge forms info

Hi !
I have several protected word documents (I can unprotect them) with
information in forms. I would like to have these informations (from all
files) alltogether in a single file. The 2 choices are
1. To merge all documents and the to export the informations (can it be done
?)
2. To export the informations from each file and the merge them (How ?)

My questions are:
1. How to batch unprotect all documents?
2. How can I merge several word documents (I look up and it seems that the
easiest way is to use Insert/File and select multiple files, but what is the
order the file are inserted ?)
3. How can I export forms information from several documentsinto another
file (doc, xls) ?.


File by file commands and third party sofware are not welcome.
