Export Error

Trying to export a report to a text file and get this
beauty:

The formats that enable you to output data as a Microsoft
Excel, rich-text format, MS-DOS text, or HTML file are
missing from the Windows Registry.

Please help.

Thanks,
Steve

From a previous post from Ken Snell & John Nurick

If the import/export wizards don't work at all, re-register ACCWIZ.DL

If it's one or more file formats that aren't listed, re-register th
following file
msexcl40.dll (Excel
msxbse40.dll (dBase
mspdox40.dll (Paradox
mstext40.dll (Text, CSV, tab-delimited)
In Access 97, the filenames contain 35 instead of 40

To re-register a DLL file

1) Locate it (usually all these are in the Windows\System32 o
WINNT\System32 folder

2) Locate the file regsvr32.exe

3) Drag the DLL file's icon onto the regsvr32.exe icon

Hi

If you have a look in the subnewsgroup Access Import/Export Data and look for Wanda @ CAM Florida's post from 29/Apr (last answer 06/May), she had the same problem like you under W2k and John Nurick had some suggestions. Probably this can help or she found a solution in the mean time

Or try to search in this newsgroup

Sorry, hoped it' was only the registration thing
