Export Document to pc but the text fonts show different?

When I export message from phone to pc , the text fonts is changed ? The text
fonts shown i dont know anymore.. Pls help me how to solve... Besides that ,
the document type like DAT , DLL how do i know which program to open is
suitable ? Thanks a lot..
