I know the appointment in Outlook calendar can be export to excel/access/.. files, but how can I export others calendar?? Even I got "owner" permission on the calendar, I still can not be able to see the "Import/Export" menu from File menu bar

Is it possible to export others calendar data to a file without interrupt its owner
If possbile, what's the requested permission then

In addtional, I can not copy others calendar either..

Sue, thank you for your help in advanced

What I did is :
From my Mailbox window menu: File -> Open -> Open other's folder -> Calendar for "memberA
From Calendar of "memberA" window menu: File -> Folder -> Copy "Calendar" -> select a new .pst as destinatio
Then warning pop up
"Can't copy folder. A top-level folder can't be copied to one of its subfolders. Or, you may not have appropriate permissions for the folder. To check your permissions for the folder, right-click the folder, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu.

What permission I have is : [Owner] on Calender of "memberA
How to check my permission
From Calendar of "memberA" window menu: File -> Folder -> Properties for "Calendar" -> tab "permission

My guess is I need more permission on a root mailbox(?) from memberA, correct
What kind of permission on which level is needed

FYI
My purpose to do this is, to collect team members' time cost from their recorded calendar
I can ask them to input their cost on the calendar, but don't want waste their time to export/copy their calendar, if I can do it by myself. They also prefer to give me any permission on "Calendar" as I request, but not do export/copy by themselves

Create a new calendar folder in the .pst file and drag the *items* from
MemberA's folder to that new folder.. Use the By Category view or any other
table view to make them easy to select all at once.

Hi, dear Sue
I tried as you tought, but, unfortunately, I moved out the *items* from members calendar.
My intention is to copy them to a new .pst without removing from the calendar

Could you help me again, about how I can copy the items without removed the original one
Thank you very much for your great help
Best Regards,//Mei

You can copy instead of move by holding the Ctrl key down as you drag items
to the other folder. Or use the Edit | Copy to Folder command.
