Export and Import

Hi all,
I am using MSoutlook 2003 for email purpose. For
the past few days in the file menu it is showing me
the "Import and Export" 7-8 times in the list and this is
very annoying seeing 7-8 of them in the menu. Does anybody
have any idea about how to get rid of rest of them .

Please try the following steps to reset the toolbar.

1. On the Tools menu click Customize.
2. On the Toolbars tab select "Menu Bar"
3. Click Reset.
4. Click Close
