Export all business contact manager details including categories .

I have set up business contact manager with all our company sales details. I
tried to export the file to another user but this does not carry over all the
data. I created a backup file of my Business Contact Manager which the other
user has used to install the data in her Business Contact Manager.
Unfortunately the Master Categories list does not carry over with the rest of
the data. The other user now has to go and set up the Master Categories list
manually.
Am I doing something wrong or does the backup just not include the Master
Categories list?

The Master Categories list is not part of your Outlook or BCM data. It's a
separate Windows registry entry. See
