Yep. Use Outlook's File - Import/Export menu to export your desired folders (or all of them) to a Personal Folders File (*.pst). That file will likely be quite large. So, you'll need to transfer it over a LAN connection or buy one of those USB flash drives.
If you have Windows 2000 or XP, no drivers are necessary for the flash drives. Just plug it into a USB port, right-click your new .pst file and select Send To - <your new flash drive> from the menu.
You'll be good to go anytime and to anywhere there is a computer running Windows 2000 or XP and that has a USB port.
