export a form (or Report) to Word

Hello,

I thought that this was going to be an easy one but..... I have created a
form and a report . I have tried to export it out to word. When it gets there
all of the formatting disappears.

Several parts of the form content did not appear at all.

Any Clues?

Unfortunately, the RTF exported from Access does lose all the graphical
elements: lines, check boxes, logos, ...

If the results do not need to be edited, you could export a snapshot. The
snapshot viewer is a free download from Microsoft. Alternatively you can
export to PDF using this from Stephen Lebans:
http://www.lebans.com/reporttopdf.htm

If the text does need to be editable, there's not much you can do, though
the technique described in this link does let you get check boxes out to
Word:
