Expolorer stoped working

I have 3 hard drives C D E The C Drive is used for Windows and other basic
thing only has a few gigs on it. hte others have 20 each and are for every
thing else. C Drive has been running out of space for awhile and I went in
and deleted old ***. such as outlock express because I use Thunder Bird and
Google stuff. After deleteing a few things I went to My Computer to check how
much room was open and it didn't show up at all. Went to Task manager and
shut down explorer and then restarted it and Star bar poped up then gone.
Restarted my computer same thing. How do I get Expolrer to work again?

Your computer sounds like a clone of mine...
But I learned a long time ago not to mess with deletions etc...
There is a very nice utility made in your country calle TuneUp 2006, which
also has an auto One Click maintenance utility bundled with it...

but then I also use CCleaner, Registry Mechanic, Registry fix, HJT, Spyware
Doctor and a few other bits from time to time.
Messing can catch you out...
