I constantly get the message IEXPLORE.exe has generated
errors and will be closed by Windows. can anyone please
help me get around this problem?

I would try checking for an update to Internet Explorer or
even reinstalling it, in case your browser has become corrupt.

The next time it happens, check your resource meter to see
how much of your system resources are tied up at the time
of the crash. If you keep a lot of programs open, you might
be running low on memory which might be causing it to mess up.
