Explorer works on one XP user, not on another

Yesterday, my son discovered that IE6 wouldn't work on
his user panel, but it works on mine, as it has always
done. I am the administrator. What could have happened
to cause IE6 to stop working suddenly on his panel, while
it still works on mine? Thanks in advance for your help.

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).
