Explorer won't open & i get no error msg.

Everytime i try to open explorer the hourglass will come
up but explorer never loads. I don't even get an error
message like how everyone else posted. I've tried
disabling third-party but it doesn't work. Any suggestions
would be appreciated.
 
Can you try this.
Hold the F8 keys while booting and try to get to Safe Mode.

Any luck or error message?
