Explorer windows sizing

Hi,

Recently when opening a new link in Internet Explorer 6 a new window opens
but it is the 'nearly maximised' size. What I want is to open a new link as
a minimised bar within the screen. I used to be able to open the link,
resize the window to its smallest, close it then all new links would be
opened as a small bar.

Since installed SP2 in WinXP all new internet windows are opening big and I
cannot change this.

How do I tell windows to open new Explorer windows as small?

Size to suit taste then File, Close should save the settings. If
settings are not saved between restars there may be profile corruption
as the cause.(create a new user account)
