Explorer windows off the screen

Occasionally, an IE window will pop-up and be very tiny
and off the top-left of the display. If it is the last
window I close, the next time I open the IE it is in the
same state. I know I can maximize it, but how do I
recover it to be viewed again in not-full-screen?

Hi Scott Barrett,
A new IE window will be opened in the last state (size)
that it was last in. To have the size that you wish , you
can resize your IE window by draging the window (NOT
maximizing it) and then closing the IE window. NOW when
you open a new IE window it will have the size that you
resized it.
