Explorer windows behaves like an IE one (buttons)

I don't know what I did wrong, but I noticed my Windows
Explorer toolbar is no longer a Explorer toolbar but more
of an IE toolbar. I can just select the same toolbars as
in IE (standard, links, google...) and it won't let me
add typical buttons (search) to it.
