Explorer Window Size

Windows OS is not "remembering" the size of Windows
Explorer when it is opened. I have to manually resize the
window each time I open it. Isn't the OS suppose to store
your window size preference? thanks

Try dragging the window borders to the size desired, then holding down the
<shift> key while closing with FILE|CLOSE. If that fails, try the
<control> key instead.
