explorer wallpaper?

i cant figure out how to get rid of a picture that is displayed everytime on startup. Its not a login screen, and its not a boot pic. it is shown in the /rightclick/propertys/desktop(tab)/ as an "explorer wallpaper". I need to change or remove it. help me please.

It's located here: %Appdata%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Internet Explorer Wallpaper.bmp

Click Start/Run and type
%Appdata%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer

Delete the "Internet Explorer Wallpaper.bmp" file listed there.
